CARE Power Hour Luncheon brought to you in memory of Geraldine Flowers Glass
The CARE Power Hour Luncheon is an annual gathering held in loving memory of Geraldine Flowers Glass — a Glasgow community member whose spirit of care continues to inspire the work of this event each year. All proceeds benefit Community Medical Care's Breaking Barriers to Care program, which ensures that people in our region who are battling cancer never face that fight alone.
Through this program, patients in the T.J. Regional Health service area receive transportation assistance to and from treatment, access to nutritional supplement drinks at dramatically reduced costs, mastectomy supplies, and wigs and head coverings — because no one should have to choose between getting care and getting by.
Join us on July 24, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the T.J. Health Pavilion Community Center for an afternoon of connection, inspiration, and community — featuring keynote speaker Tiffany Somerville. Together, we can help our neighbors defeat cancer.
