The Dreamcatcher Program is a wish-granting initiative created by the T.J. Community Mission Foundation to serve critically and terminally ill individuals across south-central Kentucky. As the only program of its kind in the region, Dreamcatcher offers moments of joy, meaning, and peace to those facing life’s most difficult challenges. Each Dream is carefully considered and personally tailored to bring inspiration and hope to the recipient and their loved ones—creating memories that last far beyond the moment.
Local Focus, Lasting Impact
The program is dedicated specifically to individuals in the south-central Kentucky area, ensuring that the support offered is personal, accessible, and rooted in community care.

Meaningful Dreams, Compassionately Granted
Applicants may request experiences in categories like “I wish to GO,” “I wish to MEET,” or “I wish to GIVE,” with each wish providing emotional healing and lasting impact.

Support for Families
One loved one is invited to participate in each Dreamcatcher experience, with program coverage extended to both the recipient and their guest.

Respectful and Dignified Process
Applications are reviewed with compassion and care, and every step—from medical verification to wish planning—is handled with respect, confidentiality, and empathy.
