About T.J. Community Mission Foundation

About Us

Our Mission Matters

The T.J. Community Mission Foundation emerged in 2014 from a deeply rooted commitment to address the pressing healthcare needs of south central Kentucky. Founded on the principles of collaboration, sustainability, and accessibility, our mission has always been clear: to enhance healthcare access for all, ensuring no one is left behind.

From the beginning, we recognized the critical role of partnerships in expanding our impact. By supporting the mission of T.J. Regional Health, we have significantly broadened the scope of services available to our community. Our initiatives range from constructing full healthcare facilities to developing specialized programs to meet the diverse health needs of the many individuals who call our region home.

Our largest programs include Community Medical Care, the Dreamcatcher Program, the Healthier Tomorrow Endowment, the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home, and the Trinity Rehabilitation Center at Samsonville Square. Our newer programs also include the Community Relief Fund and Children’s Day Program.

Our commitment to the community is unwavering. Every initiative we undertake is aimed at building a healthier, more resilient future for the residents of south central Kentucky. By investing in healthcare education, preventive care, and essential medical services, we not only tackle today's challenges but pave the way for sustainable health solutions that will benefit generations to come.

At the T.J. Community Mission Foundation, we believe in the power of community to change lives.
