With nearly 20 years of professional philanthropy experience, Randy Burns serves as Executive Director of the T.J. Community Mission Foundation, where he leads fundraising and strategic development efforts for the organization. Since joining the Foundation in 2021, he has overseen a period of substantial growth that expanded the Foundation from a single-project capital campaign into a multifaceted organization supporting healthcare, pediatric, hospice, and community outreach initiatives across the region. His background includes healthcare philanthropy, higher education advancement, alumni relations, annual giving, major gifts, and planned giving, with a special focus on helping donors create lasting charitable legacies.

Tina Combs serves as Programs Coordinator for the T.J. Community Mission Foundation and brings more than 20 years of experience in community outreach and nonprofit program leadership. Since joining TJCMF in 2022, she has led the continued growth of Community Medical Care (CMC), expanding services into additional counties throughout the T.J. Regional Health service area while developing new assistance and vision programs that have significantly increased the program’s reach and impact. Tina also oversees donor stewardship communications, management of the Foundation’s donor database, annual fundraising initiatives for CMC, and the day-to-day operations of several Foundation programs, including Children’s Day and the Dreamcatcher Program.

Stacy Janes serves as Community Relief Fund Coordinator for the T.J. Community Mission Foundation and brings nearly 30 years of nonprofit and community service experience through her work with organizations including the YMCA, American Red Cross, and Community Relief Fund. Since joining CRF more than 13 years ago, she has played a vital role in helping individuals and families facing food insecurity, housing instability, and financial hardship connect with critical community resources and support services. Stacy oversees a multifaceted human services program dedicated to strengthening lives and promoting stability, dignity, and hope throughout the region.
